I always find the staff and product to be fantastic! I trust them and know I’m getting quality. My last service advisor, Cheryl, was so friendly and took extra time to make sure I understood everything that was being done to my Highlander and ensured I was on schedule with everything. I know am in good hands with Cheryl and Toyota Peace Arch!

Great service department, Sam Nugent was very detailed and relayed my concern to both shop foreman perfectly. I appreciate the time spent by both foreman test driving my truck to address a concern I was having. After 2 other dealerships couldn’t even confirm my problem, it felt good to talk to people who actually knew and tired to understand my issue. Very happy with the end result and as always will return to open road peace arch for my regular servicing. Thanks guys !!!!!

Purchased brand new 95k tundra from this dealer, was told at time of purchase to expect second key fob within 4-6 weeks of purchase from two different people prior to signing up, 4.5 months later I’m now being told it’ll be another 5-6 months and no available options. Yet when I purchased the truck they pushed key replacement insurance on my wife and I as hard as they could as thou keys were just laying around available . We feel mis-led and lied too. Real comforting knowing that I could potentially have a 95k dollar paperweight on my driveway if key is misplaced. I’d recommend not shopping at this dealership to anyone that asks. Blame it on a chip shortage all you want guys, scum bag sales tactics.

My preferred detailing shop unfortunately has permanently closed. This had me search for a new go to detailing shop. I had chosen Open Road Peace Arch Toyota Detailing shop and their below service as I had received good quality services from other Toyota and Lexus dealerships. PREMIUM CAR SERVICE $306 Plus $80 for Engine Shampoo Includes all DELUXE items PLUS: • Power wash of wheels, inner fender and under carriage. • Vacuuming of trunks. • Shampooing of floor mats, and spot shampooing of stains (subject to inspection) • Two-step paint restoration process to eliminate minor paint imperfections and restore factory paint finish lustre. Includes machine polishing and Toyota paint finish sealant. • Treatment of interior/exterior rubber and vinyl trim. • Lubricate locks and hinges. This detailing package looked very appealing on print so I went ahead and booked to get the work done July 13th. I as well had rented a car at my own expense as I was told they don’t offer a courtesy car (unlike other dealerships) and since the detailing package would take 6 or so hours to complete. Returned the following day to pick up my car. Results were extremely disappointing after inspections onsite and at home. The iron fallouts / brown small spots that I specifically wanted removed were still present and highly visible all over my vehicle being white in color. Swirl marks and minor scratches remains on the entire body especially the hood and trunk lid. Emblems and surroundings weren’t detailed, the paint is still rough oppose to being smooth after any wax and machine polish job. Their included TWO-STEP paint restoration process should have removed all these imperfections. Liner area beneath the hood, shock tower surroundings, and rubber trims beside the fenders were completely missed from their engine shampoo detailing. Windows and infotainment screen were left with a film residue. Very poor workmanship. No meticulous workmanship per stated on the website was performed for this job. I had similar Premium Detailing services done from other detailing shops in the past with the above paint imperfections being eliminated. Windows were actually clean, the engine compartment entirely detailed and dressed and included in a $300 price range. Unhappy with the results, I had reached out thru email to their Assistant Service manager Hannah and the Service advisor Arthur who I had originally dealt with and ASKED for their costs to complete the work. I had followed up my enquiry several days after being ignored but both Hannah & Arthur have not contacted me back to this day. Zero stars for trying to gain and retain a new customer for repeat business. On another note regarding cleanliness, this place need to replace some of their chairs that are full of disgusting stains used for customers in the sales desks in their showroom. I would think this wouldn’t meet Open Roads standards. I will NOT recommend and advise family and friends to stay away from this place of business.
